8p2 Pythagoras HW

  3. do you have to measure the sides of the triangle then use them to work out the measurement from point A to point B ?

    You can find me in room 6 at break or from 1pm over lunch time for help.

    You have to do some research to find 2 of the sides of the traingle. You then need to use Pythagoras' Theorem to work out the side AB.

  7. First, you need to identify the right angled triangle. Second, do some research to find r, the radius of the earth. Third, apply Pythagoras' Theorem to the triangle to find AB.
