Carry out a review of the MyMaths HW tasks on Equivalent Fractions and Ordering Decimals. Follow the template stuck into your red HW book.

You need to create three fractions and explain how to simplify them and you need to write out three lists of decimal numbers and explain how to order them. Use MyMaths to help you by copying out and attempting any questions you got wrong when attempting your HW.

If you scored over 80%, you should be setting questions that will stretch and challenge you. Ask me for ideas if you need any.

Hand in on Wednesday 15th December. Don't forget the maths support session on Monday lunchtimes in room 7!

  • Complete the June 2009 Core 1 paper. You can find it on the numeracy section of the DLG.
  • Use the solutions on the DLG to mark your work. We can address any issues you have on Monday.
  • Print a copy of the Jan 2009 Core 1 paper and bring to school on Monday. We will work through this paper next week.
I will not collect in your work but I will check you've done it.
