8v1 Trigonometry HW
Produce a fact sheet/revision leaflet for trigonometry. Include:
- What trigonometry is used for
- How to identify the correct ratio
- How to use the formulae to calculate angles and sides
- Some practical uses of trigonometry
8p5 Max Box HW
Start with a square piece of paper of length 20cm. Cut 4 identical squares from each corner. Fold the sides up to make an open box. What is the volume of the largest box you can make?

8p2 School Trip HW
Arrange a meeting between you and the rest of your group where you can complete the task. I want one copy of the letter word processed and printed off or e-mailed to me by Tuesday 22nd June. On Tuesday you will also hand in a complete set of cards in the envelopes provided.

8v1 Farmer Jack HW
Write up your Farmer Jack investigation. Include diagrams and calculations. Make sure you explain what maths you've learned and what mistakes you've made along the way. Here are some of the key topics covered:
- Area and perimeter
- Scale drawings
- Pythagoras
- Trigonometry
Write up can be in books, on paper, or word processed. Work to be handed in by Friday 18th June.
7v3 Charts HW
Use Microsoft Excel to construct a pie chart and a bar chart. Include an explanation of how you constructed the charts an don't forget titles and labels. Print or e-mail to me by Friday 18th June.
