S1 group - work for Tuesday 23rd Feb

Can you read through the notes on pages 61-71 and make notes on Histograms and Skewness please? Attempt a selection of questions from Ex 4E and Ex 4F and check your answers with the solutions on the CD. Any problems, go and ask Mr Stothard for help, or ask me next week.

Design your own company logo or school badge.

Calculate the area of your logo.

Calculate the perimeter of your logo.

Hand in on Wednesday 1oth Feb. It can be hand drawn in your book or on paper, or done on computer and printed or e-mailed to me. You must include your calculations.

7v5 Adding Decimal Research HW

Pick five different items that could be bought in a shop and find out their prices. Bring the names of the five items and their prices to next Wednesday's lesson. Bring pictures of the items if you can.
